Weight Loss

The graph below charts my weight loss progress from day one.  As you can see, there have been ups and downs along the way as well as holding steady for long periods of time.  Weight loss is definitely a journey.  The key is sticking with it, even in the difficult times.  I will post updated graphs in my Friday posts when I report weekly weigh in results.
